The family encompasses a diverse range of models, each tailored for specific applications; the compact xLAM-1B suits on-device tasks, while the advanced xLAM-8x22B is engineered for demanding industrial environments. These models aim to streamline AI integration into workflows, overcoming the complexities often linked with LLMs, and have displayed impressive results on benchmarks like the Berkeley Function-Calling Leaderboard 15.
