Eleven Realtime is ElevenLabs' family of speech-to-speech voice agent models, launched October 20, 2026. Each model bundles speech recognition, voice activity detection and turn-taking, a language model and text-to-speech, tuned end to end as one system, and is available in ElevenAgents and through an OpenAI Realtime-compatible API. v1 Mini targets fast, low-cost natural conversation; v1 Max reasons before responding for complex, tool-using tasks.
