About
CodeGen2 16B is the largest model in Salesforce AI Research's CodeGen2 release (May 2023), which came in 1B, 3.7B, 7B and 16B sizes. Unlike the first CodeGen models, CodeGen2 can fill in code in the middle of a file (infilling) using mask, separator and end-of-mask tokens, and it supports more programming languages. It was trained on the permissive-license subset of the deduplicated Stack v1.1 and has a 2,048-token context. Weights are on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0.
