About
CodeGen2.5 7B Multi is the base model of Salesforce AI Research's CodeGen2.5 release (July 2023). It builds on CodeGen2 and was trained for 1.4T tokens on BigCode's StarCoderData, which Salesforce says makes it competitive with StarCoderBase 15.5B at less than half the size. Like CodeGen2, it supports infilling and multiple programming languages, and it has a 2,048-token context. Weights are on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0.
