About

CUA-S1-FORMS is Cua's first open-sourced CUA-S1 specialist. It is a small jev-like ("System One") one-pass option scorer for GUI form filling as the decision layer behind Cua Driver — not an autoregressive text LLM, and it does not generate field values. Given a UI element context and typed options (document entities plus check/click/skip), it returns one probability per option in a single forward pass.
