FLUX.1 Kontext [pro] is Black Forest Labs' context-aware image generation and editing model. Unlike standard text-to-image models, Kontext accepts both text prompts and reference images, enabling consistent character and style transfer, precise in-context editing, and multi-turn refinement. Released in May 2025 as part of the Kontext suite, available commercially via API.
