OpenChat is a series of open-source large language models (LLMs) that deliver robust performance despite being trained on heterogeneous data without preference labels. These models employ a fine-tuning approach called C-RLFT (Conditioned Reinforcement Learning Fine-Tuning), influenced by offline reinforcement learning techniques. Available in multiple sizes, including 7B and 8B parameter versions, OpenChat models excel in tasks like natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and content generation. They are easily integrable into various applications via the OpenAI API and are available for commercial use under the Llama 2 Community License. Some versions support a context window of 8192 tokens, although variations exist.
