SaulLM-141B-Instruct is the instruction-tuned and preference-aligned version of SaulLM-141B. Trained via continued pretraining on 540B+ legal tokens, legal instruction fine-tuning, and preference alignment using Mixtral-141B-Instruct as a judge. Achieves state-of-the-art results among open-source legal LLMs on LegalBench-Instruct as of July 2024 (NeurIPS 2024).
