SEA-LION v4.8 30B-A3B is AI Singapore's instruction-tuned Southeast Asian language model built with NVIDIA on Nemotron 3 Nano: a Mamba2-Transformer hybrid mixture-of-experts with about 3B active parameters, post-trained (SFT + on-policy distillation) on English and seven SEA languages (Burmese, Filipino, Indonesian, Malay, Tamil, Thai, Vietnamese). 262,144-token context, MIT license.
