SenseNova-U1-8B is SenseTime's open-source 8B multimodal model released April 28, 2026. Dense MoT (Mixture-of-Tokens) backbone. Uses the NEO-Unify architecture that eliminates both the visual encoder and VAE, enabling native unified image understanding and generation in a single representation space — the first commercially viable model with this capability.
