Surogate Rune 26B-A4B is an open-weight multimodal decision model from Surogate (Invergent). It is a 26B-parameter mixture-of-experts checkpoint (about 4B active per token; HF card: 26.5B, 8 of 128 experts) based on Gemma 4, with a 262,144-token context. Given a state (text, structured data, or an image) and typed questions, it returns choice / noul / score answers with a probability for each option in one forward pass and does not invent free-text categories.
