About Amazon Nova 2.5 Sonic

Amazon Nova 2.5 Sonic is Amazon's speech-to-speech model for real-time voice agents, generally available on Amazon Bedrock from 5 October 2026. It improves reasoning, instruction following and tool-calling accuracy over Nova 2 Sonic, with lower latency, seven languages, voice and text in one session, asynchronous tool calling and a 256K context window.
