About Lyria 3.5 Clip Preview

Lyria 3.5 Clip Preview is Google DeepMind's public-preview 30-second music generation model, released in the Gemini API on September 3, 2026. Official model ID lyria-3.5-clip-preview. It accepts text and image input and returns 44.1 kHz stereo audio (MP3) plus lyrics text, with a 131,072-token input limit. First-party positions Clip for short clips, loops, and rapid experimentation. Paid Gemini Developer API list price is $0.04 per song; Free Tier is not available. Preview models may change before becoming stable and have more restrictive rate limits. Caching, function calling, thinking, structured outputs, Live API, Batch, Flex, and Priority are not supported.
