Jais 3 7B is a member of Jais 3, the Arabic-native open-weight fleet from the Institute of Foundation Models (IFM, MBZUAI) and Inception42, built as an adaptation of IFM's K2 Horizon 7B model. Released October 15, 2026 under Apache 2.0, it is a bilingual Arabic/English text model with reasoning and tool use and a 512K-token context window.
