Phi-1
Phi-1 has model metadata, but missing tracked provider pricing keeps it from being a default production pick.

About
Phi-1 is a compact, transformer-based large language model designed for basic Python coding, featuring 1.3 billion parameters. Despite its smaller size compared to many LLMs, Phi-1 maintains high accuracy, especially in Python code generation, demonstrating over 50% accuracy on simple coding tasks. It benefits from a unique architecture with rotary position embeddings, flash attention, and deep normalization. Trained on high-quality data, it focuses on structured and synthetically generated content, showcasing that data quality can trump quantity. However, while efficient and suitable for resource-limited environments, Phi-1 faces challenges with complex tasks and risks producing inaccurate or insecure code. Its output often requires careful review and testing.
Phi-1 is an open-source model. The structured metadata tracks a 2k-token context window. No headline benchmark score is tracked for Phi-1 yet.
