About Qwen3-Coder-Plus
Qwen3-Coder-Plus is Alibaba's premium API-only code generation model in the Qwen3-Coder family, released September 23, 2025 via DashScope (Alibaba Cloud Model Studio). It is not an open-weight model. Supports 1 million token context with up to 65,536 output tokens. Built for autonomous programming and agentic workflows with strong coding agent capabilities: tool invocation, environment interaction, multi-turn context management, and context cache for repetitive prefixes. Pricing is tiered by context length: input $1-$6 per 1M tokens, output $5-$60 per 1M tokens. Available via DashScope API (qwen3-coder-plus or versioned alias qwen3-coder-plus-2025-09-23) and Vercel AI Gateway (alibaba/qwen3-coder-plus).
