About Qwen-Image-2.1-Pro

Qwen-Image-2.1-Pro is the hosted Pro tier of Alibaba's Qwen-Image-2.1 image model, available through Qwen Cloud and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio since 2 October 2026. It handles both text-to-image generation and image editing, returns one to six images per request at up to 2048×2048 total pixels with aspect ratios from 1:8 to 8:1, and can pick a resolution from the prompt when none is given. Like the rest of the Qwen-Image-2.1 line it can edit with up to 10 reference images and output transparent images.
